Lysa's Guide To The Gregorian Calander

DISCLOSURE: for the record, i Lysa Shah Ali don't who Julian or Gregory were or when they were born. what i do know is that Gregory's calander has 3 less days and takes in account for the leap day for a more accurate way of telling time. which, i mean, what even is time? never the less, Gregory did a good job noticing time that the Romans left out, which if we look into Roman history, i feel like happened a lot (i mean 0) But enough with the introduction, i'm here to rant about Gregory's flaws.
take a look at the Gregorian calander, look carefully. (i'm going to say "gregorian calander" so many times in this blog i'm going to hate hearing it after) every month seems to follow a pattern Right? there seems to be 1 consecutive "31 not-31" day rule for every month Right? WRONG! there is a 31 not-31 day rule, but it gets broken. and if we take a look at the Gregorian calandr again, we can spot that the WORST month is August.
AND that is why AUGUST is my LEAST favourite month. not because i "can't stand the heat with my cold, reptillian, British blood" because it gives me OCD and now you have it too

The Art of Reading

“The art of reading and studying consists in remembering the essentials and forgetting what is not essential.”
This message has a point to it. To effectively remember information, cut out the non-essesntials.
This process is also used in Abstraction, where non-essetential data are removed to solve problems efficiently like

  • finding the shortest routes somewhere
  • or finding trends across large data sets
  • or finding solutions to smallest problems and then using them to solve LARGER problems
for anyone who wishes to know where the quote came from please click on the link in the quote above.
PLEASE NOTE: good messages can come from all sorts of people despite their personal beleifs

Man V Wild

Mankind is savage. We're capable of ridiculing eachother to the point of loss of a connection.

In the wild, mumma spiders protected their young by eating their spouse, while we would abuse another species with a bug catching net to the point where they move in the game 'Animal Crossing'

And Don't get me started on the amount of abuse in Animal Crossing.
The villagers just want a NORMAL life but we won't let that happen, so we hit them, or trap them or watch them argue with their siblings which btw, WE STARTED. And then there's theft for petty competitions.
We've been taught how to STEAL from a young age. I don't even want to know what Mario's been teaching us!

Anyway, Happy 2K18 everyone!!!

Just a thought

I've been having a reoccurring thought circling through my head for a while now.

So here it is: Whoever named the letter "W" as "double u" in the English alphabet
must have felt PRETTY confident that no one would dream of using 2 U's next to each other in a word

You know what, I accept your challenge that I lysaali50 will find a word with 2 consecutive u's in the Great British language!

Cannibalism 💀

I had a debate this morning with someone about cannibalism, you know as you do at break time.
Basically we were debating whether cannibalism should be legalized. Personally I don't think that it should be legalized not because of dangers but because of social norms.

However, if you think about it all food comes from corpses, so if farms were placed next to graveyards, we'd all be indirect cannibals.

p.s. I still wouldn't anyone unless in EXTREME cases

the future

many people look forward to flying cars which I'll admit does sound cool but overall I must confess that this is one invention that we don't need.

#1
when the current transport take off they do it very slowly, this is hazardous because what if someone else is taking off on their flying car and crash into their neighbor, you think car accidents were bad? air accidents would be much worse.

#2
following on from the last point, when they do take off air pollution would worsen and it's already pretty bad.
also because flying all willy-nilly is dangerous, if the government decide to build roads for the air not only would it jeopardize the flying concept but it will also cause awful awful visual pollution, it would be like 100 mexican borders stacked on top of each other (imagine how many km high the roads will be)

#3
it will also cause traffic in the air so not only will the roads below be clogged but the air will be clogged and our beautiful planet will be ruined
